Bolu BB Tanju Özcan: "We have received the news but I do not want to share it right now. I am very saddened. The Governor will make the official statement. The hotel license was issued by the ministry. We as the municipality do not have the authority. It will go down in history as a painful day that will not be forgotten for years. My psychology does not allow me to pronounce those numbers."
