Ishak Pasha Palace, the last great monumental structure of the Ottoman Empire from the Tulip Era, was selected as 7th in the ‘7th Wonder of Anatolia’ competition. Ishak Pasha Palace, located in the Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı, which is one of the most distinctive and distinguished examples of 18th century Ottoman architecture and also has great value in terms of art history, was chosen 7th in the “7 Wonders of Anatolia” competition organized online in order to introduce the historical beauties of Anatolia to the world. A vote was taken among 25 important historical artifacts to determine the 7 wonders of Anatolia on the www.7woa.com address created on the internet. Over 500 thousand votes were cast on the site, which includes promotions in 7 languages.
